Danielle was born and raised in Louisville and danced for over 17 years. Danielle has always been active and even competed in a dance troupe. Danielle fell in love with ZUMBA the first time she took a class and knew that it was something she wanted to do. Danielle has an energy and enthusiasm for dance and fitness that is both refreshing and engaging! Danielle's dance background gives her the ability to choreograph fun and innovative routines. Danielle will make you sweat and LOVE every minute of it!

Deidre grew up playing sports, including basketball and stayed active in fitness throughout college. Deidre's love for fitness and sports directed her to the University of Louisville where she received a BS in Exercise Science, concentrating in Sports Medicine. Deidre's expertise and knowledge of exercise science make her classes thorough, meaning she is sure to work every part of your body!
Deidre began attending Zumba® classes and fell in love so much that she decided to become a certified Zumba® instructor. Deidre is certified in CPR and First Aid through the American Heart Association and she teaches indoor cylcing as well as aerobic kickboxing. Deidre lives in Louisville with her husband and two children.

Classes
Sol Fit boasts a variety of ZUMBA® fitness classes, including those for beginners as well as for intermediate and advanced level participants. All fitness levels can attend all classes as the movements can be modified, but come ready to shake and especially sweat!
ZUMBA® fitness classes for beginners has more explanation and breakdown of choreography and basic steps. The steps can be easily modified from low impact (no jumping) to high impact (jumping) and there are more breaks between songs.
ZUMBA® fitness classes for intermediate level participants have moderate break down and explanation of choreography with shorter breaks between songs. The steps can be modified to low impact.
ZUMBA® fitness classes for advanced participants are fast-paced and high impact, but can be modified for low impact. The break down of choreography is minimal and there are few breaks between songs.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is known as– "The One Stop Body Shock™" has a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class.
This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.--- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.
Come prepared to sweat and get hooked on a great new fitness program. Similar to HEAT in format, but this program runs one workout for a few months, then changes it for something new, yet effective, for your body.

This class will be a surprise every time! Keeping to a similar format that Karin used to train active duty military members, this workout uses several types of equipment like bands, balls, weights, etc. This workout is sure to tone you from head to toe! Expect some great cardio, conditioning, and strength training drills.
This class that is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels as everything can modified. You will feel motivated to push yourself to the limit as your fellow participants help encourage you and keep you going!
Be prepared to sweat and have a group fitness experience like you never have before!
Club Sol uses a dance fitness format such as Zumba® fitness classes, but it boasts a club-like atmosphere with colored lights and music that makes you want to jam! The songs are sometimes older and sometimes newer, but they always make you want to workout even longer!
Come raise the roof (or not!) and party while getting fit!
Borrowing moves from burlesque, showgirls, and exotic dancers, this class is sure to rock your socks off, though not literally! The format is the same as a dance fitness class, but with a little more spice.
Come to Cardio Striptease ready to leave your inhibitions, but NOT your clothes, behind!
Based on the principles founded by Joseph Pilates, this exercise form uses precise, controlled movements to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. All parts of the body are toned, especially your core! The movements are progressive and for participants of all fitness levels. The atmosphere is relaxed and participants are encouraged to focus on the muscles being used.
Bring a mat if you have one and come tone your body using little to no equipment!
Cardio Kickboxing uses basic martial arts and self-defense moves such as jabs, punches, and kicks in an aerobic and cardio circuit form. Cardio Kickboxing is sure to make you sweat and work your entire body, especially your legs!
Come ready to punch, kick, jump, run, and have fun! Make sure you have lots of room so you don't accidentally punch your neighbor!

Yoga is well-known for it's strengthening and restoratative elements. Yoga helps you learn to control not only your movements, but also help your mind and body work together to not only help you become more fit, but also give you a great state of mind. Yoga uses progressive movements, meaning the more experienced you become, the more difficult the movements become (which is a good thing!).
Come ready to learn to control every your body's movements and leave feeling refreshed, albeit perhaps a bit tired.
If you have your own yoga mat, it is recommended that you bring it.
Ab classes are just that: they target the abdominal region through a variety of exercises jam packed into a 15 minute session!
If you have your own mat, please bring it! Otherwise, we have a limited supply on hand.

Directions from I-264: Take Westport Rd. East bound. Approx. 2 miles. Turn left towards the Valvoline and Sol Fit is located behind the oil station.
Directions from Hurstbourne : Turn Westbound on Westport Rd. Approx. 1.5 miles, turn right towards the Valvoline Oil Sation. Sol Fit is located behind the oil station.
